Paul Perozzo

Let me introduce myself, for those who are not from the area I am Perozzo Paolo and I have been involved in real estate since right after I graduated from accounting school. I have managed agencies in the Biella and Valsesia areas and advising on properties throughout northern Italy.

I have been fortunate to have as “mentors” people of proven professionalism who have passed on to me a love for this work, which I have never abandoned throughout my working career.
Experience and continuous updating in symbiosis with an innate desire to improve allows me to always provide a service adapted to the ever-changing regulations and the many and varied needs of “people.” I firmly believe that empathy is essential to establish a direct and sincere relationship with the “people” who come to our team.

I have been a real estate broker since 1986, a consultant to the Real Estate Observatory and a member of the Real Estate List Commission of the CCIAA Monte Rosa – Lakes – Upper Piedmont and an expert in Real Estate Contracting.
Enrolled in the REA with regular license to conduct brokerage business in residential-industrial real estate and land.

Sara Gazzetta

Let me introduce myself, I am Sara Gazzetta and after graduating from the Institute of Accountancy in Mosso (BI), I undertook several work activities always in contact with the public, which allowed me personal growth in interpersonal relationships. I did an internship with the Reale Mutua insurance company for which we are now subagents.
Since 2017, my career path has led me to work with Paul initially as a secretary and after passing the exam and obtaining the regular license since 2019 as a Real Estate Agent. I am a consultant to the Real Estate Observatory and a member of the Real Estate List Commission of the CCIAA Monte Rosa – Lakes – Upper Piedmont and an expert in Real Estate Contracting.
I am mainly involved in all-around rental and advertising management.
My constant updating, among other things, has focused on deepening the English language in the technical terms of the real estate field, giving me the ability to accurately handle appointments and negotiations in the language.
